Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for ad-hoc decision-making, analytics projects, and scenario analyses to guide business strategy.
- Collect and organize data from multiple sources using tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Design, update, and automate reports and dashboards, taking ownership of reporting structures and performance metrics.
- Communicate key insights effectively to decision-makers using data visualization tools like TIBCO Spotfire.
- Prepare high-quality presentations for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Data Science, Data Engineering, and IT Development teams to ensure alignment and integration of analytics solutions.
- Conduct statistical analyses on loyalty programs and marketing promotions, and develop both descriptive and predictive models using tools such as SQL, R, Python, and SAS.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Competency in querying relational databases using SQL, with experience in tools such as Teradata SQL Assistant, Microsoft SQL Server, or Oracle SQL Developer.
- Detail-oriented, thorough, and analytical with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously through effective prioritization.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Legally authorized to work in India without employer sponsorship.
- Must successfully complete the interview process to meet job qualifications.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is a key requirement of the role.
Preferred Skills:
- 0–1 year of experience in analytics or related fields.
- Prior experience with data querying and data manipulation.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or statistical language such as Python, R, SAS, or SQL.
- Familiarity with one or more reporting tools such as Tableau, Oracle OBIEE, Brio, or TIBCO Spotfire.
