Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor business travelers and manage all associated compliance requirements.
- Identify potential or actual compliance and risk issues proactively across all areas of mobility, including tax, employment law, immigration, and regulatory obligations.
- Manage the day-to-day in-house compensation process for GMS-managed mobile employees, ensuring accurate collection of compensation data.
- Ensure that both payroll and non-payroll assignment and relocation components are accurately consolidated to enable correct instructions for payroll and reporting teams.
- Collaborate with external vendors, such as relocation and tax providers, to manage compensation processes effectively.
- Establish a strong partnership with the Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of expatriate compensation.
- Handle monthly and year-end compensation reporting, ensuring payroll instructions are provided in accordance with cut-off timelines.
- Support the functionality of the assignment management tool and maintain the accuracy and currency of related databases.
- Generate and review assignment-related documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Work closely with the case manager to evaluate and improve operational processes continuously for greater efficiency.

- Graduate in B.Com or BBA (mandatory qualification).
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with teams across different geographic locations.
