Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within an Agile team to design, develop, test, and deploy new products and features.
- Write high-quality, maintainable code by applying industry best practices, testing principles, and appropriate development tools.
- Conduct peer code reviews, offering constructive feedback on logic, implementation, design patterns, algorithm choices, and library usage.
- Advocate for continuous improvement in development practices, code quality, and overall solution effectiveness.
- Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and expectations, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient in Java, JVM, and the Spring ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes, document databases, data modeling, object/entity relationships, and relational databases.
- Experienced in designing, building, and managing RESTful APIs.
- Skilled in Cloud Native Development with hands-on experience targeting major cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Familiar with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Experienced in developing single-page applications (SPAs) and distributed systems using Java 17, Spring Boot 2.7, and Angular 17.
- Aware of Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles and practices.
- Possess a solid understanding of DevOps methodologies and tools.
- Knowledgeable in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices, with a focus on automation.
- Committed to staying current with evolving front-end and back-end technologies through continuous learning via blogs, meetups, conferences, and self-study.
