Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis of behavioral patterns and events to support timely and relevant customer outreach initiatives.
- Evaluate key drivers influencing sales team performance to gain insights into customer acquisition, relationship deepening, and retention outcomes.
- Utilize predictive analytics to identify the unique financial needs of specific customer segments and enhance engagement strategies for new clients.
- Integrate customer behavior and channel interaction data to optimize staffing and resource allocation.
- Leverage expertise in data visualization, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP) to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
- Develop self-service tools that support real-time, data-driven decision-making for business stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrated ability to combine technical skills, mathematical expertise, storytelling, and intuition to generate impactful insights.
- Proficient in programming languages such as R, Python, and Java for developing computational models and statistical analyses.
- Skilled in applying machine learning, deep learning, and AI technologies to solve real-world business problems.
- Strong problem-solving orientation with a focus extending beyond traditional model performance metrics.
- Capable of both independent work and cross-functional collaboration to implement innovative solutions.

- Prior experience in insights-driven roles within financial services, consulting firms, or marketing agencies.

- Hands-on experience with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau and Shiny for building interactive dashboards.
