Key Responsibilities:
- Work with large and complex data sets to address business challenges by applying advanced analytical techniques when necessary.
- Monitor and forecast key business metrics on a regular basis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct routine planning and performance reviews, evaluating key performance indicators to drive improvements and adapt to changes.
- Identify and define the appropriate metrics to effectively measure progress toward specific business objectives.
- Design, execute, and evaluate experiments to validate business hypotheses and inform strategy.
- Accelerate root cause analysis and insight generation for recurring use cases by leveraging automation and self-service analytics platforms.
- Develop impactful data-driven stories and business insights aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with business, product, and data engineering teams to improve data quality by providing feedback and refining instrumentation scopes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of core analytics experience.
- Practical experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
- Proficient in data manipulation using tools such as SQL, R, Python, and Excel.
- Exposure to Business Intelligence platforms like Power BI and Tableau.
- Understanding of basic statistical frameworks, including measures of central tendency, dispersion, distribution, and significance testing.
- Basic knowledge of machine learning techniques such as regression and classification.
