Key Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate facts related to seller transactions to identify potential issues or discrepancies.
- Take appropriate action on investigated transactions in accordance with established standard operating procedures and tools.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all actions taken during investigations through accurate annotations.
- Communicate with external customers via phone or email during the course of transaction investigations.
- Interact with internal teams and peers through various channels—including in person, email, annotations, and phone—during and after the investigation process.
- Understand the issue at hand and effectively utilize available resources to resolve it efficiently.
- Systematically escalate problems or inconsistencies in information to relevant owners or teams as per defined processes and standards.
- Maintain regular communication with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Leverage performance metrics to create analytical insights that support and drive business goals.
- Consistently meet assigned productivity targets and quality standards in line with organizational expectations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A graduate degree in any discipline.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle, analyze, and interpret large data sets effectively.
