Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and review warranty claims submitted by customers or authorized service centers to ensure they meet specified criteria and include all required documentation.
- Verify whether the claimed product is eligible for warranty coverage based on company terms and conditions, including factors such as purchase date, warranty period, and applicable exclusions.
- Communicate with customers regarding their warranty claims, which includes requesting additional information, providing status updates, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Process reimbursements for repairs or replacements covered under warranty by verifying supporting documents, calculating eligible amounts, and issuing payments to customers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all warranty claims, including claim information, customer communications, and any actions taken (repairs, replacements, payments) for future reference and reporting.
- Handle customer complaints or disputes related to warranty claims by investigating issues, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Identify areas for improvement in the warranty claim process and provide actionable feedback or suggestions to enhance process efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Prior experience in handling warranty processes and claims.
- Educational background in Finance, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, Aeronautical Engineering, MBA, or any equivalent field.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills to support decision-making for senior management.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and consistently meet or exceed performance goals.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the aviation industry is preferred.
- Exposure to analytics or experience in the analytics domain is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to dynamic work environments.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and proactive mindset.
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining accuracy and focus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of VBA, Spotfire, R, SQL, Python, and Tableau is an added advantage.
