Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staffing demands by reviewing demand intake channels and forecasting future resource requirements.
- Calculate staffing needs based on projected demand and business requirements.
- Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure optimal service delivery while minimizing operational costs.
- Update resource schedules in the schedule management tool (Retain) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify, review, and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively to avoid project disruptions.
- Monitor resource availability and upcoming project demands to support effective planning and deployment.
- Strive to minimize open and unfulfilled resource demands through timely interventions.
- Manage and respond to communications in the scheduling mailbox efficiently.
- Optimize employee utilization and bench management through strategic resource allocation.
- Prepare and deliver basic reports and analysis to support staffing decisions and track utilization metrics.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate with 0–1 year of relevant experience in workforce/resource management, or
professionals from non-resource management backgrounds with at least 1 year of general work experience. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling and schedule tracking.
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.
- Positive attitude with the ability to perform well under tight deadlines and pressure.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with workforce management concepts, including resource deployment and scheduling practices.
