Key Responsibilities:
- Collate, analyze, extract, and accurately enter high-quality financial and non-financial data into work tools, adhering to specified guidelines for the assigned vertical.
- Develop a strong understanding of the dataset and workflows, along with proficient knowledge of relevant work tools.
- Contribute ideas for improving data collection methods and enhancing product features related to the dataset.
- Meet individual and team targets by consistently delivering high-quality and accurate outcomes.
- Build and promote technical expertise within the department.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide support to improve workflows and processes across the department.
- Review feedback on transaction content to identify and correct errors, and assist in refining procedures to enhance data accuracy.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresher Post-Graduate or MBA candidate with a specialization in Finance and a strong academic record (graduation year: 2024 or 2025).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of corporate finance and accountancy, including the interpretation of financial statements and annual reports.
- Proficient in using secondary research sources for data gathering and analysis.
- Willingness to work in a 24×5 rotational shift environment, including night shifts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; certification or prior experience is an added advantage.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills.
- Ability to conduct efficient thematic online research.
