Accountabilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise to facilitate effective collaboration between the product owner and the technical team during product development.
- Support the development and execution of the product strategy and vision as outlined in the product roadmap, and ensure clear communication with relevant stakeholders and the development team.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and define product requirements and features based on business value and technical feasibility, ensuring they are measurable, secure, and well-documented.
- Design and implement assessment frameworks to enable continuous testing and enhancement of product quality and performance.
- Monitor product performance to identify areas for optimization in alignment with the bank’s performance standards.
- Stay updated on emerging industry trends and technologies to evaluate and adopt innovative approaches that improve product development and delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Power BI, with experience handling large datasets.
- Deep understanding of business operations, financial concepts, and current market trends.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to address complex issues and deliver creative solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with operational data, identifying patterns, and generating meaningful business insights.
- Ability to recognize and translate business unit challenges into data-driven questions and analytical solutions.
