Key Responsibilities:
- Understand application features and translate them into well-defined test procedures.
- Perform manual validation for selected applications or features to ensure quality and functionality.
- Regularly monitor test reports and conduct detailed analysis to identify issues and trends.
- Communicate identified issues promptly to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to understand new features or tools and contribute to the design of effective test strategies and plans.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma, BSc, or BTech in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in installing, configuring, and running applications across various operating systems.
- Ability to independently identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during failures.
- Familiarity with the MS Visual Studio environment or similar development tools.
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Shell or Python.
- Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks such as CodedUI or Appium is a plus.
