Key Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in developing core features of the enterprise SaaS product.
- Take ownership of coding, unit testing, implementing, and maintaining both new and existing modules and applications.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) engineers by actively participating in the testing process.
- Design and code solutions with a focus on long-term architectural integrity and performance optimization.
- Contribute to product quality and customer satisfaction by helping minimize customer-reported defects.
- Provide technical and functional guidance to team members when required.
- Work closely within project teams to enhance the performance of complex software systems and troubleshoot any issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cloud operations, customer support, and QA, to ensure seamless product delivery and support.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in enterprise software development.
- Strong understanding of software development and design fundamentals using ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and .NET Core.
- Proficient in client-side frameworks such as ReactJS, jQuery, AngularJS, and JavaScript.
- Solid knowledge of MS SQL 2017 with exposure to NoSQL databases like Cassandra or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with event-driven frameworks such as Kafka.
- Excellent analytical skills and expertise in object-oriented design principles.
- Strong debugging abilities and experience resolving customer-reported issues.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, Agile work environment with the ability to deliver incremental and frequent value.
- Committed to writing unit tests and implementing automated testing for developed functionality.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Innovative and resourceful, with a passion for building high-quality, high-performance, and highly available software solutions.
- Able to mentor junior engineers through collaborative pairing and coaching sessions.
