Key Responsibilities:
- Design & deliver: Collaborate with engineering managers and technical teams to design and implement data solutions that drive customer success.
- Data and model pipeline operations: Maintain and manage data and model pipelines by ingesting, cleaning, and transforming inputs to ensure high-quality, analysis-ready data.
- Customer delivery execution: Partner with cross-functional, customer-facing teams (such as Customer Success and GIS) to support successful deliveries backed by reliable data inputs and actionable insights.
- Monitor & improve: Oversee existing tools and workflows, identify performance bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency of our platform and data science models.
- Innovate & iterate: Apply best practices in data engineering and analytics, bring forward innovative ideas, and contribute to rapid iteration and continuous improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, with familiarity in Python and/or Java.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Effective communicator, both in written form and verbal discussions.
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong interest in data engineering, analytics, or machine learning applications.
