Key Responsibilities:
- Capture, analyze, and document business processes, including IT workflows and trade booking models.
- Participate in change management activities, including timeline planning, progress tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate on change interventions such as training sessions and communication strategies.
- Assist in planning and implementing solutions, including readiness assessments, piloting activities, and trade migrations.
- Support the translation of high-level business requirements and designs into detailed functional specifications.
- Gather, translate, and clarify business requirements while identifying and defining appropriate design options.
- Provide administrative support to the Product Owner/FDL in evolving the product roadmap, creating epics, writing user stories, and managing the product backlog.
- Conduct analysis of customer journeys and product functionality to enhance user experience and solution design.
- Understand the bank’s risk exposure and assist senior colleagues in managing associated risks effectively.

- Advanced expertise in business analysis, including requirements elicitation, functional design, and structured problem-solving.
- Over 10 years of extensive functional and technical business analysis experience in global financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of capital markets with broad product and asset class knowledge, including FX & Commodities, Fixed Income, Equities, and Securities Financing (Repo, Treasury).
- In-depth knowledge of the complete front-to-back trade lifecycle.
- Proven experience in analyzing and documenting business requirements for global-scale applications.
- Practical knowledge of functional analysis and design using methodologies such as Use Cases and Business Process Modeling, particularly in Agile environments.
- Demonstrated experience in applying a structured approach to analysis and producing associated documentation (e.g., functional system specifications).
- Strong written communication skills and a deep understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), project lifecycle, and application development best practices.
- Proven knowledge of Basel 3.1 FRTB regulations, including exposure to Trading Book and Banking Book rules.
