Key Responsibilities:
- Support the collection, validation, and reporting of quarterly operational data.
- Utilize analytics to examine customer-reported data and ensure there is no revenue leakage.
- Conduct analytical research on QMR (Quarterly Management Reporting) and switched activity to support management discussions.
- Deliver advanced, detailed, and persuasive data analytics on customer performance.
- Contribute to projects focused on operational metrics, key drivers, and associated revenue streams.
- Communicate effectively with customers to promptly address and resolve open inquiries.
- Provide training and support on QMR-related topics to both internal teams and external customers.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation within internal systems for inquiry tracking.
- Assist in preparing quarterly QMR business updates for regional finance teams.
- Play a key role in developing and testing system enhancements and process improvements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Self-motivated and quick learner who performs effectively under tight deadlines.
- Intellectually curious with a strong drive to investigate and resolve issues to their root cause.
- Capable of organizing and prioritizing workload while managing multiple business tasks simultaneously.
- Possesses strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to create and present compelling analysis.
- Prior experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is preferred.
- Experience in change management and implementing process improvements in an operational environment; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly adapt to internal tools and systems.
