Key Responsibilities:
- Apply programming languages and adopt the latest development methodologies to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
- Deploy new software versions and upgrades in a large-scale SaaS environment, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Follow structured change management procedures and adhere to standardized deployment processes.
- Develop internal tools to automate complex operational tasks, improving efficiency within the operations team.
- Provide real-time insights into application performance, user experience, and business outcomes.
- Ensure visibility into end-to-end application performance, including monitoring from user interface touchpoints.
- Automate and test cloud-based solutions to ensure stability, security, and scalability.
- Design and develop testing frameworks to validate complex, distributed systems through automated testing.
- Collaborate with top-tier engineers and work directly with Cisco’s equipment to stay informed on cutting-edge technologies.
- Serve as a strategic partner to customers by preventing and resolving network incidents, ensuring minimal business impact.
- Manage and continuously optimize networking infrastructure to proactively prevent network outages or performance degradation.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues using appropriate technologies, recommending the best solutions for customer needs.
- Evaluate network requirements and design architectures that align with business objectives.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with a diverse range of customers.
- Implement Cisco technologies globally and provide optimization services for large-scale network environments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have graduated in the year 2024 and obtained either a Final Degree Completion Certificate or a Provisional Degree Certificate.
- Must be available for a full-time engagement for a period of 12 months starting from August 2025.
- Must possess strong communication skills, a genuine passion for technology, and a proactive attitude towards learning and teamwork.
- Must be registered as a “student” on the NATS portal and hold a valid student enrolment number issued by NATS.
