Accountabilities:
- Develop the strategic direction for risk management, including the implementation of current methodologies and processes.
- Oversee the risk department, including team management, performance monitoring, and execution of risk priorities and objectives.
- Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of departmental operations through continuous oversight and improvement.
- Manage relationships with key risk stakeholders by identifying relevant parties and maintaining the quality of third-party services.
- Ensure strict adherence to risk policies, standards, and frameworks, maintaining a strong and compliant control environment.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Practical experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, and Alteryx.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
- Skilled in generating actionable data insights and creating dashboards using large and diverse datasets.
- Strong automation capabilities using tools like VBA, Power Query, PowerApps, and other relevant technologies.
- Hands-on experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools.
- Proven ability to conduct and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly motivated, business-oriented, and forward-thinking professional.
- Experience in managing and engaging with stakeholders effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards team-based initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and resolve issues efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in data analysis and automation techniques, including data crunching.
- Sound understanding of Database Management Systems (DBMS).
- Experience in building applications within Low Code/No Code platforms.
- Good understanding of Data Management Principles and data governance frameworks.
- Skilled in designing, maintaining, and managing SharePoint sites.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and practices.
