Key Responsibilities:

  • Applies an improvement-oriented mindset to identify and define less obvious problems, and actively contributes to brainstorming sessions focused on problem-solving.
  • Brings clarity and structure to undefined or large-scale problems, enabling more efficient analysis and resolution.
  • Utilizes systems thinking and creativity to generate and evaluate a range of solution options.
  • Assesses the relative costs, benefits, and potential obstacles of proposed solutions before implementation.
  • Communicates complex information in a clear, structured, and audience-appropriate manner.
  • Understands the organization’s strategic priorities, business drivers, competitive landscape, and risk-reward dynamics to support the development of aligned solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Proficient in transformation skills, including business analysis, process mapping, data analysis, and working knowledge of SQL.
  • Experienced in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience using Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder management, collaborating effectively with teams across Business, IT, Data, and Operations.
  • Possess general domain knowledge with strong business analysis skills applicable across various functions.
  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis roles on complex, multi-country or regional projects.
  • Broad understanding of the financial services industry, with specific expertise in functional areas.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, solution design, change management, implementation, and consulting.
  • Knowledgeable in change adoption processes, including planning and implementing change interventions to ensure a smooth transition to business-as-usual, from requirement gathering to user training.
  • Experience with transformation initiatives related to design and initiation (D&I) is considered an advantage.
  • Skilled in gathering requirements and conducting design activities across business, operations, and technology-focused projects.
