Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient in transformation skills, including business analysis, process mapping, data analysis, and working knowledge of SQL.
- Experienced in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience using Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder management, collaborating effectively with teams across Business, IT, Data, and Operations.
- Possess general domain knowledge with strong business analysis skills applicable across various functions.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis roles on complex, multi-country or regional projects.
- Broad understanding of the financial services industry, with specific expertise in functional areas.
- Proven experience in business analysis, solution design, change management, implementation, and consulting.
- Knowledgeable in change adoption processes, including planning and implementing change interventions to ensure a smooth transition to business-as-usual, from requirement gathering to user training.
- Experience with transformation initiatives related to design and initiation (D&I) is considered an advantage.
- Skilled in gathering requirements and conducting design activities across business, operations, and technology-focused projects.
