Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing the Technical Scope of the Project and Meeting Requirements Across All Stages:
- Gather data from various sources such as data warehouses, databases, and data integration platforms, and analyze them to identify patterns and trends.
- Develop and implement records management processes and policies to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the client base to understand and fulfill their requirements.
- Provide sales data, data insights, proposals, and account reviews to clients to support business decisions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and automate business processes through data-driven solutions.
- Set up and maintain automated data processing systems for improved operational efficiency.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement third-party tools and services to support data validation and cleansing activities.
- Produce and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project and business performance.
2. Analyzing Data Sets and Delivering Actionable Insights:
- Collaborate with internal and external clients to gain a deep understanding of data content and business needs.
- Design, conduct, and analyze surveys based on customer requirements to derive actionable insights.
- Interpret complex data sets related to client business operations and prepare detailed reports using business analytics tools for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to present business performance and conduct sector and competitor benchmarking.
- Mine and analyze large datasets to draw meaningful inferences and effectively present findings to management using appropriate reporting tools.
- Develop predictive models and provide insights tailored to client requirements to support strategic decision-making.
