Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for terminal configuration requests and activation of payment methods for merchants.
- Understand and apply banking partners’ policies to ensure timely Terminal ID (TID) allocation.
- Manage and resolve end-to-end cost queries internally and with banking partners.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and execute tasks independently.
- Consistently meet Turnaround Time (TAT) targets.
- Align work efforts with the team’s and organization’s overall objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess 0–1 year of experience, preferably within the banking domain.
- Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Have proven experience in the payments industry.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
- Exhibit the ability to negotiate with banks and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Show proficiency in using Google Sheets and/or advanced Excel functionalities.
- Display a self-motivated and result-oriented attitude.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with banking representatives.
- Demonstrate a hardworking nature with strong work ethics.
