Key Responsibilities:
- Build a strong foundation in software development engineering with proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java or Python.
- Work with various operating systems like Android and Linux, and manage databases including relational and NoSQL systems.
- Collaborate with business users, architects, and other stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain scalable, loosely coupled, and efficient solutions across platforms including mobile, internet, and cloud environments.
- Apply Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines and work within Agile development methodologies.
- Develop expertise in one or more technology domains such as Mobile, Analytics, Cloud, or Digital technologies.
- Design and implement solutions that can operate across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud ecosystems, including GCP, AWS, Azure, and Ali Cloud.
- Harness open-source technologies to leverage collective wisdom and continuous learning.
- Apply secure coding standards and protocols to address cyber threats and vulnerabilities effectively.
- Integrate multiple existing and new building blocks using industry best integration patterns to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
- Develop, maintain, and support current systems to enhance efficacy, availability, and operational performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be an Engineering Graduate from the 2025 batch.
- Pursuing or completed a BE/B.Tech degree in Computer Science (CS) or Information Technology (IT), with or without additional specialization.
- Degrees with specializations in Computer and Communication Engineering (CCE), Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI ML), Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (AI DS), Cybersecurity, or Cloud Computing are also eligible.
Additional Skills and Attributes Required:
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate self-motivation, enduring enthusiasm, and a proven ability for rapid learning.
- Show aptitude and inclination to understand products and services within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain, developing a FinTech-oriented mindset.
- Maintain a strong commercial focus, being sensitive to business needs and adopting a solution-oriented approach.
- Possess a high standard of written and oral communication, along with strong presentation skills for effective development support in a global setting.
