Key Responsibilities:
- Frontend Development: Build interactive and high-performance web applications using React.js, Redux, TypeScript, and modern UI libraries.
- Backend Development: Develop and maintain backend services utilizing Java, Kotlin, Vert.x, and RESTful APIs.
- Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage relational and NoSQL databases, including Graph DB, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Microservices & Cloud Deployment: Build and deploy microservices on AWS, with experience in containerization using Docker, Kubernetes, and EKS.
- API Development & Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
- Testing & Code Quality: Write unit and integration tests using tools such as Jest and Cypress for frontend testing, and JUnit and Mockito for backend testing.
- Collaboration & Agile Development: Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Build technical solutions and product ideas with the broader team through design reviews, code reviews, proof-of-concepts, and show-and-tell sessions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and actively contribute ideas to enhance technology, algorithms, and product features.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or an equivalent qualification) in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Up to 2 years of experience gained through academic study, projects, internships, or completed apprenticeships, demonstrating skills in JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, and Java.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions using Java, REST APIs, and Web Applications.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases.
- Experience working with large-scale cloud applications on AWS and familiarity with various AWS services.
- Proficiency in tools such as Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, and Git.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Kotlin and Vert.x.
- Experience working with WebSockets and Kafka for real-time applications.
- Knowledge of GraphQL.
- Experience with EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) and CDN (Content Delivery Networks).
