Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver strategic analytics aimed at creating a best-in-class digital user experience and maximizing acquisition outcomes.
- Define and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the performance of acquisition experiences.
- Support the development and enhancement of new products and capabilities.
- Provide detailed readouts on new launches, uncovering insights and learnings to further optimize the user journey.
- Develop a deep functional understanding of enterprise-wide product capabilities and associated platforms, ensuring that analytical insights remain relevant and actionable.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold an advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Possess strong programming skills, preferably with experience in Big Data programming languages such as Hive and Spark, along with proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Demonstrate experience in large data processing and handling; understanding of data science concepts is considered a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with strong attention to detail.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with partners to drive alignment.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills to solve unstructured and complex business problems, and effectively present key findings to senior leaders and partners in a clear and concise manner.
- Have a basic knowledge of statistical techniques used in experimentation and hypothesis testing, such as regression analysis, t-tests, and chi-square tests.
