Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers by addressing their queries through phone, chat, and/or email.
- Prevent issues, resolve customer queries, and strive to deliver a delightful customer experience.
- Handle a range of customer inquiries, including order and product questions, payment matters, and website navigation support.
- Utilize a variety of tools to navigate systems, research information, and review solutions effectively.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to provide accurate and timely assistance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have the legal right to work in India.
- Possess strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Be available to work flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours.
- Willing and able to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Have access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated desk and chair.
- Ensure a minimum broadband internet connection of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speed, using a hardwired Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted).
