Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal business teams and application engineers to define product requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct workshops to clarify requirements and design robust solutions for medium to complex business problems.
- Design solutions for medium-complexity initiatives and collaborate with lead Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) on complex solution designs.
- Create detailed documentation for system solution designs, configurations, testing strategies, test plans, and issue resolutions.
- Advocate for continuous product improvement by collaborating with business teams and lead BSAs to contribute to product roadmaps.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in building integrated systems across the full lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and support.
- Internship or full-time experience in designing and implementing enterprise systems.
Preferred skills:
- Experience with database technologies, including standalone and cloud-based databases, and proficiency in data extraction and quantitative data manipulation using simple SQL queries.
- Ability to identify, assess, estimate, and resolve business challenges, especially those involving evaluation of variable factors.
- Experience in defining and implementing best practices for solution design, development, system configuration, test documentation and execution, issue identification, and resolution.
- Understanding of software development, build, and deployment processes, with the ability to collaborate closely with developers.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions by working effectively with development teams.
