Key Responsibilities:
- Designed and implemented data models that accurately represent complex data relationships across various systems.
- Prepared and transformed data for analytics use by both human analysts and AI systems to ensure data readiness and usability.
- Differentiated between normalized relational data structures and tabular analytical data, applying suitable approaches based on project needs.
- Utilized Power BI and Power Query to develop effective data visualizations and perform advanced data transformations.
- Engaged with stakeholders in the financial and commercial real estate sectors to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights.
- Created, implemented, optimized, and maintained conceptual, logical, and physical data models in both relational and non-relational environments.
- Documented functional requirements and system specifications, integrating them into data architecture and detailed design documentation for current and proposed solutions.
- Demonstrated a proactive approach in identifying issues, proposing solutions and alternatives, and taking initiative to lead resolution efforts when necessary.
- Maintained consistent and effective communication with team members, peers, and leadership to ensure alignment and project transparency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, principles, and best practices.
- Proven experience in preparing data for diverse analytical purposes, including AI-driven analytics.
- Proficient in handling both normalized relational data and tabular analytical data structures.
- Skilled in using Power BI and Power Query for data visualization and transformation tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Possess a curious mindset with a strong desire to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and methodologies.
- Fluent in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
- Experienced in working with enterprise source systems and possessing a solid understanding of enterprise system integration.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies, tools, standards, and development procedures.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Able to manage tight deadlines and multitask efficiently while making sound judgments on competing priorities.
- Adept at clearly communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong ability to influence key stakeholders and advocate for the adoption of common data models across cross-functional teams.
