Key Responsibilities:
- Actively involved in requirement gathering and participating in solution development discussions with stakeholders.
- Designed and developed macros and tools to standardize CAD data and support data migration processes.
- Followed standard procedures and actively contributed to their improvement for enhanced efficiency and consistency.
- Demonstrated engineering execution excellence through a detailed, data-driven approach, focusing on project metrics such as lead time, first pass yield (FPY), and cost, while driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to align efforts and successfully achieve project objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Able to act quickly and decisively in dynamic, fast-changing situations.
- Skilled at adjusting communication style and content to suit diverse stakeholders.
- Highly goal-oriented, consistently putting in extra effort to meet deadlines.
- Capable of analyzing multiple and diverse sources of information to accurately identify problems before proposing solutions.
- Observant of situational and group dynamics, and able to select the most appropriate approach accordingly.
- Equivalent experience in an engineering discipline or a Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institute.
- Strong technical proficiency in CAD tools, programming, and other skills essential for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Enovia PLM systems.
- Basic knowledge of data migrations, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) frameworks.
- Willingness and ability to travel globally as required.
