Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers, technical leads, architects, managers, and business teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
- Demonstrate adaptability and productivity by learning and contributing to the enhancement, maintenance, or development of new solutions on the Force.com platform.
- Understand, manage, and maintain existing data models while mapping them effectively to business processes and solution requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in Salesforce development, including design, architecture, customization, and implementation of platform solutions.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience developing applications using the Salesforce Lightning platform.
- Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and technologies.
- Skilled in system integration using MuleSoft or proficient in Python for backend integration tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
