Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design intuitive user interfaces that foster customer trust and engagement.
- Develop efficient, high-performance applications and abstractions that empower the team to create powerful workflows.
- Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, including proactively identifying and resolving bugs.
- Implement necessary updates and enhancements, and when required, re-architect or re-write the product to meet evolving needs.
- Ensure that all UI/UX designs are technically scalable and optimized for long-term growth and performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in building and delivering user-facing products.
- Familiarity with responsive web design principles and awareness of common web UX patterns and anti-patterns.
- Strong design sense with the ability to distinguish between good and bad UI/UX.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that is easy for others to understand and enhance.
- Expertise in DOM manipulation, including experience with jQuery, and a solid understanding of component-based architecture.
- Significant hands-on experience working with ES6 (ECMAScript 2015) features.
- In-depth knowledge of browser behavior, performance considerations, compatibility, and cross-browser issues.
- Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong skills in advanced CSS, including animations and responsive design techniques.
- Basic understanding of software architecture and design principles.
- Strong programming skills with expertise in data structures and algorithms.
- Ability to take complete ownership of tasks—from gathering requirements to final release.
- Proven ability to produce bug-free, production-quality code.
- Proficiency in debugging tools and performance analysis using Chrome DevTools, React DevTools, and similar tools.
- Working knowledge of frontend frameworks and tools; expertise in Node.js and React.js is a plus.
