Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of the organization’s data analytics strategy and roadmap.
- Design and deploy analytical models to generate data-driven solutions and insights that support business decision-making, including enhancements to tools such as the Coalition Data Viewer and Expand Data Viewer.
- Translate complex business problems into statistical models and actionable data analyses.
- Apply data analysis methods such as trend analysis, regression analysis, and Monte Carlo simulation to uncover insights.
- Utilize tools like Azure, Python, and SQL to analyze large datasets and extract actionable business insights.
- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations through clear data storytelling and visualization techniques to key stakeholders.
- Promote and encourage data-driven decision-making across the organization to foster a culture of analytics and uncover new business opportunities.
- Develop and automate interactive dashboards using visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI for stakeholder self-service.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate, implement, and optimize analytics tools, including Dataiku, Python, and Azure.

- Proficient in conducting statistical analysis to extract meaningful insights from data.
- Skilled in managing projects using Agile methodologies for efficient and iterative delivery.
- Experienced in handling and analyzing large-scale datasets (Big Data) to drive data-driven decisions.
- Knowledgeable in strategies for data monetization to generate business value from data assets.
- Strong foundation in financial mathematics, including quantitative modeling and risk assessment.
- Possess foundational business acumen with an understanding of organizational operations and strategy.
- Familiar with emerging technologies and their application in modern business environments.
- Insightful in analyzing client experience, behaviors, and preferences to enhance customer engagement.
- Experienced in navigating and adhering to regulatory frameworks within the financial services sector.
- Competent in data governance practices and data management frameworks to ensure data quality and compliance.
