Key Responsibilities:
- Process Streamlining and Simplification: Support the mapping of existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements or recommended process steps for simplification.
- Voice of Customer (VOC): Collect feedback from various stakeholders and incorporate it into the redesigned or simplified processes to enhance effectiveness and usability.
- Presentation: Contribute to team efforts by drafting reports and presenting key findings and recommendations to internal teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a cross-functional team to meet project objectives and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Project Support: Assist in managing and executing projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in General Management, preferably with a focus on Human Resources or a related field.
- Must be able to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the college to pursue a summer internship.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrates a strong desire to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Naturally curious and eager to explore new ideas and approaches.
