Key Responsibilities:
- Apply appropriate statistical techniques and analytical concepts to develop data-driven solutions that address complex business problems and enhance understanding of customers, processes, channels, and products.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define detailed questions, identify problems or opportunities, and deliver insights supported by data.
- Ensure new and existing business processes are designed to be efficient, simplified, and automated wherever possible.
- Work in an Agile environment as part of a multi-disciplinary data and analytics team, coordinating resources to achieve project and sprint goals.
- Deliver data and analytics solutions that create commercial and customer value while solving business challenges.
- Simplify complex data into clear visualizations and compelling insights, providing actionable recommendations that support informed business decisions.
- Perform data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, and advanced analysis to support a variety of use cases.
- Collect, profile, collate, and map relevant datasets for use in both new solutions and ongoing analytical activities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in analytics and data technologies, ensuring industry best practices are understood and adopted.
- Share relevant updates and insights with key stakeholders by translating advanced analytics, data science, and data engineering outputs into business-friendly language aligned with organizational goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Passionate about data and analytics, with a strong foundation in data architecture, key tools, and relevant programming languages.
- Proficient in using modern data tools and platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, and Tableau.
- Skilled in coding languages commonly used in data analytics, including SQL, SAS, and Python.
- Solid understanding of data management principles and best practices.
- Experienced in translating complex data insights into clear and compelling visualizations and narratives for stakeholders.
- Familiar with data engineering, data science, and decision science disciplines, enabling a holistic approach to data-driven solutions.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the business.
- Possesses good knowledge of the financial services domain and understands the broader business implications, risks, and opportunities related to data insights.
- Capable of drawing meaningful connections across key business outputs and processes to support strategic decision-making.
