Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external clients, providing pre- and post-sales support across a broad range of account and service-related activities.
- Own and manage client relationships by delivering exemplary customer service throughout the entire client lifecycle.
- Field and process client requests for Post Initial Install (PII) services to existing contracts, ensuring smooth execution from client request to implementation.
- Coordinate all activities with clients and IBX operations teams from opportunity identification through to signed order, implementation, and billing.
- Manage and resolve cross-functional issues that hinder clients’ or Operations’ ability to install or implement services efficiently.
- Oversee client projects by researching options, setting realistic expectations, planning thoroughly, and delivering solutions within agreed timeframes.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to understand their evolving service and support needs and to foster strong client relationships.
- Drive changes in processes and policies based on client feedback and requirements to enhance overall service delivery.
- Coordinate and lead select client quarterly business reviews to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify improvement areas.
- Educate and guide clients on organizational policies, procedures, and use of the customer portal for better service navigation.
- Support the sales team by handling non-sales-related client support activities, allowing the sales organization to focus on revenue-generating tasks.
- Assist in select pre-sales activities to support the Sales team, ensuring seamless coordination and customer experience.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction, both externally and internally, which is crucial to the success of the Client Service Manager role.
- Communicate effectively and demonstrate a strong understanding of customer support metrics and service delivery standards.

- Demonstrates outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Possesses the ability to communicate and interact professionally across all levels within internal and external client organizations.
- Proven expertise in project management with strong multitasking capabilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong overall computer literacy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
- Capable of planning, organizing, and executing tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Adaptable and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Skilled in building and maintaining long-term professional relationships.
- Experienced in using customer support and customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce, Clarify, Remedy, Siebel, or Oracle.
- Knowledge of telecom circuit ordering and provisioning processes is a strong advantage.
