Role Description:
- Hold a diploma from a reputed institution.
- Adhere to assigned work schedules, attendance protocols, and leave policies.
- Be flexible to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
- Comply with CGI and Client IS/IT policies, code of conduct, and quality standards.
- Participate in the recruitment process by assisting with initial member screening.
