Key Responsibilities:
- Support Automation and Engineering projects and initiatives within the Global Business Services Center (GBSC).
- Assist with Alteryx administration tasks, including code deployment, user management, platform maintenance, system integrations, server optimization, and the implementation of best practices in technology.
- Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot the Alteryx platform to ensure smooth operations and provide timely support to users.
- Collaborate on activities such as testing system connectivity, upgrading applications and systems, and executing infrastructure-related tasks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system resilience and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the analytics development team to resolve production issues and optimize overall system performance.
- Monitor and address security vulnerabilities across all application servers to maintain compliance and ensure system security.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships, influence key stakeholders, and negotiate effectively.
- Proven experience in infrastructure management and system administration.
- Proficiency in Alteryx and familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
