Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and review requests for Delivery Management support, ensuring all necessary documentation (such as scope, design, and requirements) is provided.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather technical specifications and resource requirements.
- Assist in developing detailed workstream plans and project timelines, and track progress against key delivery milestones.
- Collaborate with the Delivery Manager and/or Senior Delivery Manager to support resource planning across business change initiatives and IT maintenance activities.
- Monitor and report on project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalate concerns as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Prior experience in project delivery, coordination, or a project support role.
- Background in Software Development, Business and Technical Analysis, Quality Assurance, or Emerging Technology and Governance.
- A degree in a related field or a relevant professional qualification is preferred.
