Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team to manage the entire software development lifecycle, from initial concept to final deployment.
- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components using appropriate coding languages, frameworks, and third-party libraries.
- Build high-quality web applications with a focus on performance, usability, and scalability.
- Research and evaluate new technologies to assess their suitability for integration into BrowserStack’s platform.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders and project teams to gather, analyze, and define functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand and utilize code from open-source projects effectively.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Tech or M.Tech degree with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with any back-end programming language (Ruby on Rails is a plus), along with proficiency in SQL and NoSQL database systems.
- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and jQuery, as well as at least one JavaScript framework (e.g., Angular or React).
- Strong development skills in at least one of the following languages: Ruby, Node.js, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and a strong sense of user experience (UX).
- Prior experience working as a Full Stack Developer.
- Proficient in using version control tools like Git.
- Solid understanding of client-side development principles.
- High attention to detail with the ability to rapidly iterate on product or platform features.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with global business and technical teams.
- Possesses a startup mindset, with a strong willingness to learn and a hardworking attitude.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience as a UI developer is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working in startups is a significant advantage.
