Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the efficient functioning of assigned sites remotely through outbound calls, emails, and coordination with field executives.
- Act as a liaison between field executives, sellers, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of operations.
- Train and guide sellers to ensure compliance with established norms and best practices.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), analyze operational data, and recommend features and process improvements to enhance the seller experience.
- Be flexible and available to work on weekends as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Preferred skills:
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
