Key Responsibilities:
- Expand Axiom solution coverage to support new geographies, products, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Translate business objectives into well-defined business requirements and functional specifications.
- Document end-to-end delivery processes and create detailed playbooks to enable scalable and repeatable solutions.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the preparation of test cases and validation of test results.
- Provide support to global regulatory reporting teams by resolving queries related to EBA reporting (e.g., COREP/FINREP).
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across finance, product, and engineering functions.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify risks and root causes, and escalate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient in using SQL for data analysis and report validation tasks.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of financial products, including knowledge of trade and transaction lifecycles and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in documenting clear and detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Hands-on experience with regulatory reporting frameworks, particularly EBA reports such as COREP and FINREP.
- Proven ability to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparing comprehensive test cases and collaborating with developers and business users to ensure smooth implementation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the Axiom platform and its use in regulatory reporting solutions.
- Prior experience supporting global finance systems within a fintech company or a regulated financial institution.
