Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance various application features to meet business and technical requirements.
- Write thorough unit test cases to validate functionality and ensure high code quality.
- Support the Lead in reviewing specifications and UI mockups, translating high-level designs into low-level designs, conducting impact analysis, and estimating tasks.
- Maintain detailed code documentation, including inline comments and function/module-level descriptions.
- Provide enhancement and maintenance support for existing software components.
- Implement appropriate instrumentation and logging mechanisms to improve code debug-ability.
- Conduct performance testing, optimize code for efficiency, and resolve memory leak issues.
- Notify the Lead or Manager promptly when implementation deviates from specifications or UI mockups.
- Identify, debug, and resolve issues encountered during development and testing.
- Assist the Support team with issue diagnostics and resolution during production or post-deployment phases.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work efficiently across multiple teams.
- Practical experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and familiarity with XML/XSL standards.
- Working knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including jQuery, Angular, and React.
- Experience in developing and integrating WCF and Web Services.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns and their implementation in real-world applications.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools such as VSS, SVN, and Git.
