Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and validate comprehensive data on market participants by leveraging publicly available sources such as websites, news articles, public registries, and official filings.
- Conduct data cleansing activities to maintain accuracy and consistency by regularly reviewing and refining datasets.
- Generate routine reports and perform basic trend analysis to identify key patterns and provide actionable business insights.
- Automate data collection and reporting tasks using SQL and Lean methodologies to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize Generative AI (GenAI) tools for exploratory data analysis to extract meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain detailed documentation of data collection and validation processes to ensure compliance and support knowledge sharing.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets by meeting predefined quality and accuracy benchmarks.
- Contribute to the development of new data collection techniques and recommend product enhancements aligned with evolving market requirements.
- Identify and resolve data-related issues while supporting team members in addressing discrepancies and ensuring data integrity.
- Participate in workflow optimization initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts to enhance team productivity.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and solid quantitative abilities.
- Foundational knowledge of SQL and Excel; familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of data compliance regulations related to collection and reporting.
- Exposure to Lean principles and experience with automation tools is desirable.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to modern technologies, including Generative AI (GenAI).
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in conducting secondary research and thematic online research.
- Certified and experienced in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness in solving problems effectively.
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting work schedules and collaborative team environments.
- Possesses basic project management skills to handle ad-hoc assignments.
- Strong interest in market trends and ability to analyze changing market dynamics.
- Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills to foster strong team relationships.
- Proactive in upgrading technical skills and staying current with data analysis tools and practices.
