Eligibility Criteria:
- Review loan and lease applications, including KYC documents, CIBIL records, and legal papers at various stages for document verification.
- Set up approved customers and dealers in the CMS system and process Credit Application Memos (CAM) in line with internal protocols.
- Execute disbursement processes in compliance with VFS Credit, Operations, and Finance policies.
- Maintain and update dealer databases, while recommending improvements to enhance deal flow efficiency.
- Oversee the safe custody, storage, and retrieval of customer and collateral documents, coordinating with external document storage agencies.
- Deliver high-quality service to VFS customers, dealers, and internal business units.
- Manage wholesale operations by verifying dealer documents, processing disbursements, monitoring credit limits, and coordinating repayments.
- Prepare and distribute Management Information System (MIS) reports related to wholesale dealer activities.
- Manage NACH and PDC operations, including presenting NACH on cycle dates, coordinating with banking partners, and handling NACH/eNACH activations.
- Process loan closures, ensuring the release of collateral, issuance of No Objection Certificates (NOCs), and adherence to internal checks and balances.
- Handle payment allocations and manage the repo sale process efficiently.
- Support internal and statutory audits by ensuring full compliance with audit requirements and procedures.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Commerce (BCom).
Critical Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability in task execution.
- Proficient in computer applications, with a strong focus on Microsoft Excel.
