Key Responsibilities:
- Execute audits and tests on software products in accordance with defined test plans and procedures.
- Identify, debug, and document software defects, providing detailed configurations and descriptions for both passing and failing test cases used in product evaluation reports.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test operations and communicate test results to the engineering team.
- Identify actual or potential issues within test plans or software products and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with product development engineers to assist in diagnosing and replicating product failures for further analysis and resolution.
