Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of applications aimed at automating and enhancing business processes using Microsoft technologies.
- Collaborate with engineers, product/project managers, and operations leads to build efficient tools and applications, following best practices in coding, documentation, and system design.
- Participate in internal and cross-functional meetings to gather requirements, define project scope, support decision-making, and create detailed technical documentation.
- Demonstrate innovative thinking in building scalable and reusable applications that align with given specifications.
- Work across a variety of technologies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code and actively engaging in unit testing and peer reviews.
- Support additional activities including user interface design and development, database design, and the deployment and installation of application components and services.
- Assist in troubleshooting and improving existing applications to enhance performance and usability.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA) or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with WPF, WCF, C#.NET, and AWS, with a strong background in developing scalable, multi-tier applications using C# and other Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Demonstrate strong conceptual thinking, innovative problem-solving abilities, and effective collaboration in a team environment.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to mentor and support team members when needed.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness and flexibility to work in different shift timings as required.
Preferred skills:
- Working knowledge of Python and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
- Experience in developing both Windows-based and Web-based applications is considered a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with database administration tasks and related tools.
