Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage requirements processes while designing detailed business solutions and frameworks aligned with business needs, and constructively challenge business intent when necessary.
- Identify areas impacted by changes to the target operating model and design mitigation activities to address those impacts.
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the design and delivery phases, and use financial acumen to develop high-level business cases that consider investment needs and anticipated benefits.
- Manage change implementation activities, including assessing business readiness, planning and executing implementation pilots (with appropriate approaches and checklists), and overseeing the full implementation process with ongoing status and issue reporting.
- Guide stakeholders through the change journey using effective communication, training, and development strategies to build commitment and engagement.
- Contribute to process reengineering efforts, providing in-depth guidance on process design with a focus on risk, end-to-end integration, and cost efficiency.
- Support programme management by assessing the impact of change requests on design, scope, timelines, budget, and effort, and provide accurate estimates for handling new requirements or changes in design and scope.
- Assist in project or programme resourcing activities by assigning tasks and setting clear objectives for other analysts involved in the project or programme.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Solid understanding of change frameworks and delivery methodologies, including Agile techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of organizational structures, internal processes, and strategic objectives.
- Strong awareness of the external business environment, including regulatory, political, and competitive factors.
- Proficient in process management and re-engineering methodologies, as well as business analysis, requirements gathering, and design techniques.
- Skilled in change management and implementation strategies, including various techniques and approaches.
- Experience in gathering requirements and conducting design activities across business, operations, and technology-focused projects.
- Exposure to business case development with a clear understanding of how design elements contribute to achieving business benefits.
- Demonstrated success in delivering change to various business audiences and managing implementations in diverse banking environments such as branches, contact centers, trading floors, operations, and corporate offices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with excellent decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
- Sound judgment in identifying and resolving issues effectively.
- Experience in managing teams and resources through clear communication, effective delegation, and strategic planning.
- Proven ability to motivate, guide, and lead teams using suitable management styles.
- Demonstrated capability to operate across global regions while maintaining a broad strategic perspective.
- Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders and business sponsors to drive change initiatives.
