Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Passion for automation and process optimization.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET using C# and .NET Framework 4.0 and above.
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and later versions.
- Hands-on experience with T-SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Willingness to work in application maintenance and support teams.
- Full proficiency in English is required.
- Minimum educational qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCA.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Knowledge of one or more emerging technologies such as RPA, Machine Learning, Mobility, or Azure is an added advantage. Alternatively, willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Ability to navigate and collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment with various stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work on new developments, maintenance, and support tasks, as well as in CET shifts and on-call schedules.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
