Key Responsibilities:
- Update and modify market information data based on internal client-initiated changes from Middle Office, Trade Support, Settlements, or project teams.
- Conduct research using Bloomberg and Reuters to identify and fill missing market data.
- Participate in and coordinate special projects, including data clean-up and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the completion and sign-off of checklists, metrics, and end-of-day (EOD) activities.
- Maintain and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), issue logs, and project trackers.
- Monitor and manage issue and query emails, escalating critical issues to managers as needed.
- Take a proactive approach to problem-solving by owning issues and demonstrating determination to resolve them.
- Communicate accurately and effectively with internal business partners.
- Manage business partner expectations while fostering strong professional relationships.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of all systems and trade flows from an operational perspective.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and internet technologies.
- Strong discipline, self-motivation, and the ability to execute assignments independently.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and high level of professionalism.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong written, verbal, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
