Key Responsibilities:
- Work from the client location in Hyderabad as a Business Analyst (SA/M) with expertise in Capital Markets.
- Possess strong domain knowledge of Capital Markets, with proven experience as a Business Analyst and a solid understanding of market dynamics (Mandatory skill).
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) based on user needs, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
- Collaborate with developers to minimize defects in IST, UAT, and production environments, maintaining a strong quality focus.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues to leads in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including roles such as Scrum Master or Product Owner.
- Take ownership of tasks and work autonomously to drive project success.
- Maintain a strong customer focus, delivering professional support services to both internal and external clients.
