Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large and complex datasets to solve business problems, applying advanced analytical methods as required.
- Regularly monitor and forecast key business metrics to support decision-making.
- Conduct periodic planning and review key performance metrics to drive improvements and adapt to changes.
- Identify appropriate metrics to track progress toward business goals.
- Design, execute, and evaluate experiments to test business hypotheses.
- Automate recurring analyses and insights generation through self-service platforms to expedite root cause identification.
- Develop compelling data-driven narratives that align with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with business, product, and data engineering teams to enhance data accuracy by providing feedback on instrumentation quality and completeness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with data manipulation tools such as SQL, R, Python, and Excel.
- Familiarity with BI platforms like Power BI and Tableau.
- Understanding of basic statistical measurement frameworks, including measures of central tendency, dispersion, distribution, and significance testing.
- Basic knowledge of machine learning techniques such as regression and classification.

- Strong analytical and structured thinking to solve real-world problems creatively.
- Ability to adopt a “fail fast, learn faster” approach to problem-solving.
