Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional testing of mobile applications (Android/iOS) to ensure seamless performance.
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman to validate backend functionalities.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure thorough coverage.
- Utilize tools such as JIRA, Postman, and Charles Proxy to streamline testing workflows.
- Apply knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and software testing concepts in testing processes.
- Manage the defect life cycle, including assessing severity and priority.
- Ensure attention to detail when testing across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and validate test cases based on requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong understanding of testing principles and methodologies.
- Fundamental knowledge of HTTP and REST concepts.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Selenium and Appium.
Preferred skills:
- Experience with Java, Selenium, or Appium is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud-based mobile testing tools such as LambdaTest and BrowserStack is a plus.
